TANCO A SERIES

The Tanco A series has been refined to eliminate weight and waste. The series features a robust, compact, and efficient trailed wrapper.. Build quality and bale output make it ideally suited for individual farmers and contractors 

The A Series also features a wrapping table with a low operational position, which allows bales to be off-loaded directly to the ground without the need for an off-load ramp. 

There are two models to choose from: 

A100 EH

The EH Model is fully automatic. Bales are loaded, wrapped and unloaded with a single press of a button. Two bales can be carried while moving; once the first bale is wrapped, the second bale is automatically loaded to the wrapping table.

Tanco S Series

The Tanco S series is our most advanced and versatile wrapping system to date. Incorporating 25 years of experience, the S series delivers the highest levels of performance and reliability. All functions of the wrapper are controlled through a Single Hydraulic Block.  The VariWrap S200 sees the introduction of Proportional Hydraulic Control. This allows for incremental speed adjustment, ensuring a smooth and more consistent wrapping operation.

Available in a single arm AutoWrap model or double arm VariWrap model.

The 3 point linkage wrapper was first developed by Tanco and the S Series continues to lead the class with new innovative features.  Options of single, twin or triple wrap arms give customers flexibility in terms of output. The S200 V and S300 V have proportional hydraulics which ramps up and down hydraulic functions, reducing wear and tear on the machine.

S100 A 

The S100 A is the entry model to the renowned S series and delivers many of the great features of the series at an affordable price. The S100 A is fully automatic with all controls managed through the RDS Expert controller. Bales can be wrapped in the field or the yard with the unique Wrap & Stack feature. Compact and lightweight, this model is also ideally suited for hilly conditions as bale movement is reduced to a minimum during wrapping. Furthermore, bales can be placed on their flat end with the optional End-Tip kit, ensuring bales do not roll once off-loaded.

S200 V

The S200 V features twin wrap-arms unfold during the wrapping cycle leaving two opposing dispensers to apply the wrap. Opposing dispensers allows time for the film layer to adhere to the layer below and avoids air being trapped and ingressing into the bale wasting nutrients. With the S200 V doubling the output does not compromise feed quality. 

S300 V 

For maximum output three dispensers apply the film. With three layers being applied simultaneously, the bale output is unsurpassed. This advancement has only been possible due to Tanco’s robust telescopic Cut & Start unit, which requires no adjustment.

Tanco 1400 Series

The 1400V is designed and built to the highest standards; delivering reliability, ease of operation and outstanding output as experienced by operator’s of the award winning 1400-EH. The patented 1400 split table which is designed to allow simultaneous loading and unloading is retained and enhanced with the addition of ‘Auto-loading’.

The 1400V shares with the S-series linkage/loader wrapper’s proven innovative features such as Tanco’s ultra reliable telescopic cut & start’s, direct gear drive to the satellite arm’s and a variable proportional hydraulic system.

The Tanco 1400 V is built to the highest of standards. This machine uses Tanco’s variable hydraulic speed control, paired with a unique split table, making it one of the most table and tasted trailed wrappers on the market. 

With just a single push of a button, the wrapper automatically moves from the road position directly behind the tractor, to an off-set position for field operation. With the unique split wrapping table, bales are loaded and unloaded simultaneously, resulting in continuous wrapping giving outputs well in excess of 100 bales per hour. The 1400 V can easily keep pace with two balers in the field.

Tanco Tubeline TL1000R

The Tubeline TL1000R is a valuable addition to any hay producers arsenal. Easy to maintain and even easier to use, the TL1000R uses tractor hydraulics to spin and rotate the bale ensuring it’s completely wrapped every time.

To keep 4’ and 5’ bales centered the TL1000R is equipped with adjustable bale guides. It also features a wrap counter to ensure you get the right amount of wraps on each bale.

Tubeline is the ideal machine to lock in the nutrients of your hay. The  TL1000R  is an ideal addition to any hay producer’s arsenal. Easy to maintain and even easier to use, the TL1000R uses tractor hydraulics to spin and rotate the bale to ensure it’s thoroughly wrapped every time. 

The integrated knife conveniently cuts the wrap automatically after you’ve dumped the bale, allowing you to stay in the tractor and start wrapping the next bale. Minimising damage to your field, the rollers gently roll over the ground as you tip the wrapper over to dump the bale. When you’re finished wrapping, the integrated transport lock ensures that the wrapper can be safely transported to and from the field safely.

Tanco Tubeline TL1700SR

The Tubeline TL1700SR is ideal for small to medium sized operations and takes command of your square and round bale wrapping. An easy to use wrap counter allows you to set the desired number of rotations of wrap per bale and displays the current rotation.

Product Features

The TL1700SR individual wrapper is hydraulic powered and can easily switch between round and square ables with the use of its secondary drive shaft. Each shaft changes the drive ratio provides the appropriate advancement of bale. When the carrier arm is placed in the wrapping position, the carrier can be raised or lowered, centering the wrap on the bale to provide even plastic coverage throughout the wrapping process. The TL1700SR is also equipped with Tubeline’s Offset Twin Wrap Kit which laminates two layers together to form a stronger 2-ply layer of plastic. The offset provides up to a 4″ lead increasing the amount of overlap for greater protection.

The wrapper’s integrated bale mat protects the wrapped bale from being punctured as it is dumped, while the bale bumper ensures the bale lands far enough away from the wrapper so the table can rotate while the next bale is started. After dumping the bale, one of the two integrated knives easily slices through the plastic wrap. An easy to use wrap counter allows you to set the desired number of rotations of wrap per bale and displays the current rotation.

Drive SelectionHydraulically powered, the TL1700SR can easily switch between round and square bales by moving the secondary drive shaft on either of the appropriate stub shaft. Each stub shaft changes the drive ratio to provide the appropriate advancement of the bale.

Integrated Bale MatThe wrapper’s integrated bale mat protects the wrapped bale from being punctured as it is dumped.

Twin WrapTubeline’s Twin Wrap Kit laminates two layers together to form a stronger 2-ply layer of plastic. The Twin Wrap Kit is offset, creating a 4″ lead which ensures optimal overlap as the film is layered.
